YouTube Shorts是YouTube提供的短影音共享平台，但將長度限制為60秒。自推出以來，YouTube Shorts每日觀看次數超過300億，至今已累計過10兆[1]。
概述
YouTube Shorts功能像TikTok（抖音），提供长15至60秒的用者生成竖屏视频[2][3]。视频可加入版权音乐和字幕[4]。其视频刷新机制和TikTok亦类似，用者可浏览无穷无尽的视频[5][6]。虽然YouTube Shorts主要是在智能手机上观看，但亦可在电脑版YouTube搜尋框输入#Shorts来瀏覽[7]。
历史
2020年9月，印度禁止TikTok后，YouTube Shorts在印度推出beta测试版[5]。2021年3月，该功能在美国推出测试版，最终于2021年7月在全球推出，美國與印度觀看次數佔YouTube Shorts將近半[2][4]。
