Simen Hestnæs (d. 4 Mart 1974, Oslo, Norveç), avant-garde metal grubu Arcturus'un şimdiki vokalisti, progresif black metal grubu Borknagar'ın şimdiki vokalisti ve bas gitaristi ve Norveçli senfonik black metal grubu Dimmu Borgir'in eski bas gitaristi ve yardımcı vokalisti olarak adından söz ettiren I.C.S. Vortex ya da yalnızca Vortex takma adlarıyla bilinen Norveçli bir müzisyendir.
