Metilmalonil-KoA karboksitransferaza (EC 2.1.3.1, transkarboksilaza, metilmalonil koenzim A karboksiltransferaza, metilmalonil-KoA transkarboksilaza, oksalacetilna transkarboksilaza, metilmalonil-KoA karboksiltransferaza, metilmalonil-KoA karboksiltransferaza, (S)-2-metil-3-oksopropanoil-KoA:piruvat karboksiltransferaza, (S)-2-metil-3-oksopropanoil-KoA:piruvat karboksitransferaza karboksitransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (S)-metilmalonil-KoA:piruvat karboksitransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

(S)-metilmalonil-KoA + piruvat {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } propanoil-KoA + oksaloacetat

Ovaj enzim je biotinilni protein, koji sadrži kobalt i cink.
