Krazy Kat je američki strip autora Georgea Herrimana koji je kao serija izlazio od 1913. do 1944. Naslovni protagonist je mačka neodređenog spola po imenu Kat, koja je zaljubljena u miša po imenu Ignatz; on, pak, Kat ne može smisliti te na nju baca cigle; zbog toga ga policijski pas Offisa Pup stalno baca u zatvor. Radnja je smještena u "nadrealnu" verziju Okruga Coconino u državi Arizona gdje žive antropomorfne životinje. Herriman je Kat prvi put uveo 1910. kao jednog od likova u stripu Dingbat Family, a sam strip je počeo dnevno izlaziti 28. oktobra 1913. u listu New York Evening Journal. Idiosinkratski humor i razbijanje dotadašnjih strip-konvencija se nije dovelo do velikog uspjeha kod publike, ali je zato sa stripom bio oduševljen Journalov vlasnik William Randolph Hearst. S druge strane je Krazy Kat postao prvi strip koji je stekao pohvale kod likovnih kritičara i u mnogo čemu pomogao da strip kao forma počne gubiti svoju dotadašnju "petparačku" reputaciju kod inteligencije i kulturnog establishmenta. Često se navodi da je imao značajan uticaj na Chuck Jonesa i njegovu znamenitu animiranu seriju o Kojotu i Ptici Trkačici.
