The Vines på Commons

The Vines er et australsk alternativ rocke-band som slo gjennom i 2002 sammen med andre band i samme stilen, som The Strokes, The Hives og The White Stripes.

The Vines består idag av Craig Nicholls på vokal og gitar, trommeslager Hamish Rosser og Ryan Griffith på gitar.

Patrick Matthews forlot bandet i 2004 og spiller nå i Youth Group. Craig Nicholls fikk i 2004 diagnosen Aspergers syndrom, en mild form for autisme.

The Vines har gitt ut fire album, Highly Evolved, Winning Days, Vision Valley og Melodia.
