Oriana Fallaci (Itali: [oˈrjaːna falˈlaːtʃi]; lahir 29 Jun 1929 – 15 September 2006) merupakan seorang wartawan, penulis dan pewawancara politik Itali. Sebagai seorang pemberontak pada Perang Dunia II, beliau telah lama dan berjaya dalam kerjaya kewartawanan. Fallaci terkenal di seluruh dunia kerana menyoroti perang dan revolusi dan "wawancara panjang, agresif dan membongkar"^[1] dengan banyak pemimpin dunia pada 1960an, 1970an, dan 1980an.

Beliai0u menerbitkan buku bertajuk Interview with History yang mengandungo wawancara-wawancara bersama Indira Gandhi, Golda Meir, Yasser Arafat, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, Willy Brandt, Shah Iran Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, dan Henry Kissinger, Presiden Vietnam Selatan Nguyễn Văn Thiệu, dan Jeneral Vietnam Utara Võ Nguyên Giáp pada Perang Vietnam. Beliau juga menemu ramah Deng Xiaoping, Andreas Papandreou, Ayatollah Khomeini, Haile Selassie, Lech Wałęsa, Muammar Gaddafi, Cayetana Fitz-James Stuart, Adipatni Alba ke-18, Mário Soares, Alfred Hitchcock, dan lain-lain.
