The Best Years of a Life (bahasa Prancis: Les plus belles années d'une vie) adalah film drama asal Prancis tahun 2019 yang disutradarai oleh Claude Lelouch.[1] Diputar pertama kali saatberlangsungnya Festival Film Cannes 2019.[2] Plot mengikuti karakter utama yang ditampilkan dalam film-film sebelumnya A Man and a Woman (1966) dan A Man and a Woman: 20 Years Later (1986). Dan film terakhir Trintignant selama hidupnya sebelum dia meninggal pada tahun 2022.
