Kongres Amerika Serikat ke-47 adalah sebuah pertemuan cabang legislatif pemerintahan federal Amerika Serikat, yang terdiri dari Senat Amerika Serikat dan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Amerika Serikat. Pertemuan tersebut diadakan di Washington, D.C. dari 4 Maret 1881, sampai 4 Maret 1883, pada enam bulan kepresidenan James A. Garfield dan satu setengah tahun pertama kepresidenan Chester A. Arthur.[1]
