Keuskupan Georgetown (Latin: Dioecesis Georgiopolitana) (didirikan pada 12 April 1837, sebagai Vikariat Apostolik Guiana Britania) adalah sebuah suffragan dari Keuskupan Agung Port of Spain. Keuskupan tersebut ditingkatkan menjadi Keuskupan Georgetown pada 29 Februari 1956. Katedral keuskupan tersebut, Katedral Dikandung Tanpa Noda, terletak di Georgetown, Guyana.
