James F. Crow

James Franklin Crow (18 Januari 1916 – 4 Januari 2012) adalah Profesor Emeritus Genetik di Universitas Wisconsin–Madison dan pakar genetik populasi berpengaruh yang kariernya dijalani dari era sintesis modern sampai era genomik.^{[1][2][3][4][5][6]}

Murid lulusan dan pasca-kelulusannya meliputi Alexey Kondrashov, James Bull, Joe Felsenstein, Russell Lande, Dan Hartl,^[6] Takeo Maruyama, Terumi Mukai, Wen-Hsiung Li, Chung-I Wu, Charles Langley, dan lain-lain.

Kehidupan awal

Crow menikah dengan Ann Crockett.^[7] Mereka memiliki seorang putra, Franklin; dua putri, Laura dan Catherine; enam cucu dan dua cicit.^[8]
