Jaclyn Ellen Smith atau lebih dikenal dengan nama Jaclyn Smith (lahir 26 Oktober 1947)^[1]^[2] merupakan seorang aktris berkebangsaan Amerika. Pertama kali muncul sebagai figuran difilm Goodbye, Columbus (1969), dia mulai meraih popularitasnya melalui serial televisi Charlie’s Angels yang tayang dari tahun 1976 hingga tahun 1981. Aktris yang divonis terkena kanker payudara ini merupakan nominator Golden Globe Awards 1982.
