Enema adalah prosedur pemasukan cairan ke dalam kolon melalui anus.^[1] Enema dapat ditujukan untuk merangsang peristaltik kolon supaya dapat buang air besar, membersihkan kolon untuk persiapan pemeriksaan operasi, serta memberikan sensasi berbeda dalam teknik berhubungan.
