Arthur Edward Pepper Jr. (1 September 1925 – 15 Juni 1982)[1] adalah seorang pemain alto saxophonist dari Amerika juga bermaib tenor saxophonist dan klarinet. Seorang tokoh lama di West Coast jazz, Pepper menjadi terkenal di band besar Stan Kenton. Dia dikenal karena penampilannya yang penuh emosi dan beberapa perubahan gaya sepanjang kariernya, dan digambarkan oleh kritikus Scott Yanow sebagai "altoist terhebat di dunia" pada saat kematiannya..[2]
