Abby Johnson (lahir 10 Juli 1980)[1] adalah seorang aktivis anti-aborsi yang sebelumnya bekerja di Planned Parenthood sebagai direktur klinik, namun mengundurkan diri pada Oktober 2009. Ia menyatakan bahwa ia mengundurkan diri usai menyaksikan abosi.[2]
Memoirnya, Unplanned, dibuat menjadi film tahun 2019 berjudul sama.
