Siamese Dream on vaihtoehtorokkia esittävän yhtyeen The Smashing Pumpkinsin toinen studioalbumi, joka julkaistiin vuonna 1993. Albumilla yhtye löi itsensä läpi musiikin valtavirrassa. Albumin sessioissa nauhoitettiin monia kappaleita, joita ei otettu albumille, mutta ne julkaistiin myöhemmin kokoelmalla Piscies Iscariot. Albumi sisältää tunnetut kappaleet "Cherub Rock", "Disarm" ja "Today".

Siamese Dream nousi lähelle kärkeä brittiläisten rock-kriitikoiden listatessa vuoden 1993 parhaita albumeja.[1]
