Malling is a rural locality in the Toowoomba Region, Queensland, Australia.[2] In the 2021 census, Malling had a population of 40 people.[1]

History

Box Gully State School opened circa August 1917. It was renamed Malling State School in 1922. It closed on 6 August 1971.[3]

Geography

The Dalby–Cooyar Road runs along the southern boundary.[4]

Demographics

In the 2016 census, Malling had a population of 27 people.[5]

In the 2021 census, Malling had a population of 40 people.[1]
